CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PURRFECTION GUARANTEE

The Purrfection Guarantee This gives you time to introduce your pet to their new toy and see if it captures their interest. If your pet remains uninterested after a fair try, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return any eligible product for a full refund, even if it shows minor signs of use. Please check the specific product page for eligibility.

Note: that excessive wear or damage may still impact your eligibility for a full refund—no questions asked.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We provide a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. However, refunds are not available for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. If an item is returned without approval, without a valid reason, or beyond the 30-day period, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return, Kindly email us at yaypets.co@gmail.com within 30 days from the day of delivery and provide us the Order Number and a reason for returning the Product. All returns must be approved by our team before sending the product back. Items should be in their original packaging and remain unused. To ensure a smooth return process, include your order number and shipping name in the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for inspection. After verifying that the items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from our confirmation date for the refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund after it has been successfully processed, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution.

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD), the same currency as the original payment. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency exchange or transaction charges.

PRODUCT CONCERNS

We prioritize product safety and urge our customers to use our products responsibly. Please follow all usage guidelines and safety instructions included with your product, as well as any resources available on our website. Failure to do so may lead to damage or injury, for which we are not liable, and any refunds or replacements will be at our discretion. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take extra care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. However, shipping-related packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item itself remains intact.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report the issue, email us at yaypets.co@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your claim and determine if you qualify for a free replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

While we aim to ensure timely delivery of your order, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To prevent fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the records with the payment processor. We also monitor transactions for any suspicious behavior and may request additional details from the customer for verification. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and promptly notify the customer.
