ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your purchase. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with all the details, including your tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date. If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. This processing time is separate from the shipping time, so the total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.
Additionally,We ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
COURIER PARTNERS & TRACKING
When you place an order with Yaypets, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery. Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe provided is subject to variations based on your location and courier availability. Tracking updates may take 1-4 days to appear on the courier’s website.
While we strive for timely and secure delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If any shipping delays or issues occur, we’ll do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
SIGNATURES & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Some courier partners may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may leave it at a nearby location or attempt delivery again at a later time. Yaypets is not responsible for any issues arising from courier decisions to leave packages without a recipient.
If you will not be available to receive the package, you may arrange for someone else to sign for it or contact the courier company to make alternative delivery arrangements. Once the package has been delivered and signed for, Yaypets is no longer responsible for it.
We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.
DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING
Yaypets ensures all products are of high quality and securely packed. However, damages during transit may occur due to courier handling.
If you receive a damaged package, take photos of the packaging and report the issue to the courier company immediately. Send the same photos to yaypets.co@gmail.com and we will assist you as much as possible.
Please note that damage caused by courier handling is not covered under our refund policy. While we perform quality checks and securely pack all items, we cannot control how couriers handle packages.
INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS
If your Order arrives with missing or incomplete items, contact us at yaypets.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include your order number and details of the missing items.Depending on stock availability, products may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers. We will cover shipping costs for any missing or incomplete items. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
ORDER CHANGES & ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete details may lead to processing delays or order cancellation.If we detect an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If you do not respond, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at yaypets.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will try to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them after this time.
DELAY DELIVERY
At Yaypets, we understand how important it is to receive your order on time. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
For instance, courier services may experience disruptions such as severe weather conditions or logistical issues. If this happens, we will work closely with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
Additionally, delays can arise due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If we encounter any such problems, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated.
Please note that while we do our best to minimize delays, Yaypets cannot be held responsible for unexpected delivery disruptions. However, we will always keep you informed and assist you as much as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yaypets ships internationally to most countries, using a DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) shipping method. This means that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Yaypets is not responsible for customs fees or delays but will assist with any issues you encounter.If customs hold your package for inspection, you may need to provide additional documentation.
Any charges or delays resulting from customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package is handed over to the courier, Yaypets is not liable for lost or stolen shipments. If your package goes missing, please contact us at yaypets.co@gmail.com and we will assist you as best as possible.
We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim. We can also help follow up with the courier to track your package.
Please note that Yaypets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
While we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement in certain cases. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
RETURNS

CANCELLATION & REFUSAL

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal, or in violation of these Terms of Service.
If we cancel an order at our discretion we will notify you via email., which is not requested by the customer, we will issue a refund on the spot. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
